MEP Coordination for South Florida Projects
The work belongs to the licensed trades. The coordination decides whether they can do it.
Electrical, plumbing and mechanical work is performed by the licensed contractors on the project. What we manage is everything that determines whether they can execute cleanly: the scope split between them, the routing conflicts above the ceiling, the submittal and inspection sequence, and the decisions that have to be closed before rough-in starts.

- 04Utility company applications and connection agreements

- Commercial build-outs where the ceiling plenum is tight
- High-rise residential renovations constrained by existing chases
- Projects with several trade contracts and no single point of coordination
- Renovations where the existing conditions do not match the record drawings
