Our Process
How we work, step by step
- 01
Scope & Bid Package
We write what each trade is responsible for, including the work between trades that normally belongs to nobody. Every proposal is then compared against that same document.

Bid Leveling & Award
Proposals compared line by line, exclusions brought to the surface, and the cheapest number examined before it is accepted rather than after.
- 03
Procurement & Schedule
Long-lead items ordered against the activity they actually gate. The master schedule is built backwards from inspections and deliveries.
- 04
Site Management
Daily coordination on site: who is working where, what they need from the trade before them, and what has to be inspected before it gets covered up.
- 05
Reporting & Change Control
Weekly progress, photographs, upcoming milestones and open decisions. Changes are priced and approved in writing before the work is done, not after.
- 06
Closeout
Punch list completed, final inspections signed off, warranties and as-built information collected, and the project formally handed over.
