Custom Millwork & Carpentry in South Florida

Custom millwork is cabinetry and panelling built for one room: its dimensions, its out-of-square corners, its ceiling height, its light. A closet that runs wall to wall with no fillers, a vanity whose grain continues across every drawer front, a media wall where the television sits flush and the cables do not exist — none of that comes in standard sizes.

It is also the trade that touches every other one. Stone sits on it, lighting runs through it, outlets hide inside it and appliances are built into it. That is why we design, fabricate and install it inside the construction schedule rather than as a delivery at the end.

Humidity decides more here than fashion does. We build on moisture-resistant plywood and MDF cores, veneer both faces so panels stay flat, and seal every edge, including the ones nobody sees. White oak and walnut veneers, matte lacquers and textured laminates each have a place; we tell you which ones stand up to a bathroom, a kitchen by a terrace door or a closet on an exterior wall.

Hardware is where furniture-grade work shows: full-extension soft-close runners, concealed hinges with real adjustment, and lighting channels recessed and wired before the piece leaves the shop.

Every piece is drawn before it is cut: elevations, sections, reveals, grain direction, hardware, and the exact points where power, water and lighting arrive. Those drawings go to the electrician and the stone fabricator while the walls are still open. An outlet moved on paper costs nothing; an outlet moved behind finished oak costs a panel.

Most of our millwork falls into a few families. Closets and dressing rooms with lit shelving and islands. Kitchens and pantries with integrated appliances. Vanities and bathroom storage. Media walls, wall panelling and slat systems. Bars, shelving and display units. For commercial clients, reception desks, retail fixtures and banquettes.

Each is built the same way: measured on site, drawn, coordinated, fabricated off site and installed by the people who built it.

From approved shop drawings, fabrication takes six to ten weeks depending on finish and quantity; installation takes from a few days to a few weeks. Field measurement happens after framing and drywall, so the pieces are built to the room as it is. Because fabrication runs off site and in parallel with construction, well-planned millwork adds nothing to the overall schedule.
