Acoustical & Specialty Ceilings in South Florida
The ceiling is where every other trade ends up. It gets laid out first.
A ceiling plan is a coordination drawing pretending to be a finish. Grid, lights, diffusers, sprinklers, speakers and sensors all land in the same plane, and whoever installs last pays for the ones that do not line up. We set the layout against the reflected ceiling plan before the first hanger wire goes in.

- 02Above-ceiling MEP, structure and firestopping
- 03Gypsum board framing — priced under Drywall & Metal Framing
- 04Painting of exposed structure above an open ceiling

Where it applies
- Office, retail, medical and wellness interiors
- Hospitality spaces with feature and specialty ceilings
- Residential and amenity areas with slat and baffle systems
- Renovations where the existing grid is partly reused
How it coordinates
- Layout set from the reflected ceiling plan, centred before anything is hung
- MEP above the ceiling complete and inspected before tile goes in
- Fixture cut-outs coordinated with the electrical scope, not improvised
- Tile installed late enough to avoid damage, early enough to close the job
